Sunglass World (SW)  delivers to over 38 countries around the globe, and as a UK company it is governed by UK law. All legal disputes will be held in the UK, nominated City Leeds.

Sunglass World offers a full 7 day money back guarantee for unwanted items, however the packaging must be intact and the product can not have been worn.

SW reserve the right to refuse ANY order.

SW reserve the right to suspend or cancel customers from using the website.

SW is a registered brand and may not be reproduced or copied

SW sources all stock directly from the official suppliers, notwithstanding brand law suits owing to injury or any other personal, third party or business claim, all retail/online disputes will be handled by SW.

Customers should take care when using sunglasses as the arms on many styles are thin and have the potential cause bodily injuries if used inappropriately or by a minor playing with them. SW and its affiliates can not accept any responsibility for product misuse causing injury.

Damaged/scratched lenses should be replaced immediately as UVA/B/C and harmful blue light will penetrate through cracks/scratches in the lenses.

Product damages, please ensure that you thoroughly check your sunglasses on receipt, all damages MUST be reported to SW within 36 hours of the signed for delivery. Any damage reported after 36 hours will not be accepted.

Lost Returns, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any returns arrive back to SW in the condition they were sent out. Damaged boxes or product maybe refused, on these rare occasions the customer maybe charged re-post costs in returning the sunglasses back to the customer.

All SW sunglasses are on a signed for delivery service and are insured, claims take upto 36 days. Missing parcels have to be investigated and confirmed by the carriers as MISSING before any refunds can be processed.

SW can not be held responsible for any costs incurred by customers wishing to return, cancel orders,  products, travelling to post offices, time off work etc, bank charges etc.
